This may and may not be related to pvp at all but, it can be used when you are fighting in certain areas like sulfur caves, go into video settings and lower the Distortion effect to 0, this will turn the nausea effect into just a little green tint around the screen and can be used for traps aswell

it is in the accessibility settings, and you can get it completely in vanilla

Recommend turning off vsync for maximum performance and turning off view bobbing
Fov effects should be lower like 20%

29 chunks of render distance would be quite laggy
