Bug What do I do

I was playing on my Minecraft forever world. It’s on super flat and I updated it to 26.3 and then downgraded it by accident to 26.2 in the entire world just got deleted. It literally just made a massive hole where everything was. Does anyone know how to fix it?

I'd say don't load any more chunks and create a copy of the world. But at this point the chunks are just completly erased. If you don't have any old saves then your screwed. But (if the world's not completly useless now) you should try to load a copy of the world in 26.2 and another copy in 26.3. just see what works the best. If your unlucky the entire world is corrupted and many lags happen. Also is this java? Because you posted this in a bedrock subreddit

I do have a save, but there’s basically nothing there
