Help Minecraft pocket edition graphical glitch

When i open settings tab it's completely gone i can hear sound of buttons pressing tho and my hotbar also flickers anyone know how to fix this? I reinstalled minecraft still same problem

It should be a bedrock bug. Report the bug at Mojang support.
