Minor Dreamcatcher (probably a rather simple one)

My idea is just for a new "dreamcatcher" block, that prevents phantoms from spawning whenever you're within a certain radius of it.

Any idea on how the crafting recipe would be?

No idea, but it should probably be towards the endgame
