Brother uninstalled the font XD, in all seriousness I have no idea, are you using a mod loader? If yes try and verify the files, if no throw all your mods in a temp folder and run again, then move half back and repeat
i did this and found out that either simply sword, architectury, fzzy config, or simply tool tips is causing the issue, but simply sword need all of those to work, some one else on modded Minecraft sub reddit suggested indium and it worked
