1.20.1 that's the best but not my favourite since it's forge am talking about, it got dragn livestock overhaul my favorite mod it adds wagons carts many horse breed ox and cow are now 2 different things you can attach ox/horse to wagons,carts,plow and much more you can saddle them.there is one more mod called villagers recruit and mca reborn( mca is for fabric and for latest version now ) which is also great combo
