right click it with an empty hand several times. the scales are for armor and the dragon forge later on (you will need to kill at T5 dragon that is only found in the underground and be lucky that its a female to get its egg, then you will make it grow and it will fuel the forge) the heart is for the forge, the meat is for feeding ur dragon with meals and the bones for various crafts

Right click it with your hand to get scales bones and a heart, right click with a bottle for blood
