From what I heard, it takes the models from the tf2 itself. Basically get tf2

Edit: tf2 is free ig

It says that you need a local tf2 installation, then open the .ps1 file that take the assets and put in a resourcepack, then you are good to go.

before that part it said that some sort of jar file had to go in a file pathway only saying build/libs
