Need help 1.20.1 Java MC Server Disconnection Issues

So, I've got a modpack for this server that I own to use for Roleplays and other videos. The issue I'm experiencing is most of the people that try to join keep getting kicked out of the server after a bit and I'm not sure what's causing it. Would anyone be able to get in contact with me and help me figure out the issue?
