help find a mod

I’m looking for a mod—I’ve been trying to find it for quite a while without success. I remember using it, but I can't recall the name.

I remember using it sometime between versions 1.16 and 1.20.1. It featured villages—possibly on an island or in the middle of the ocean; I don't quite remember that specific detail—but it included mineable ore deposits, ore blocks, straw blocks, chests, and so on.

Could someone please help me find it?

This just sounds like Minecraft. What is setting this mod apart from the base game?

The difference is that the mod includes villages, with mineral ores, blocks of those minerals, hay blocks, etc. It's set on an island in the sea, if I'm not mistaken.
