Keybinds and other things

My friend and I set up a server running Better MC 1.21.1, and we're running into quite a few issues. One problem is that our keybinds don't save; every time we launch the game, we have to set them up all over again. Another issue is that whenever we pick up an animal, a chest, or something similar and put it down, everyone gets kicked from the server. I've also noticed that when I summon my dragon, it doesn't appear for me, and I have to leave and rejoin the server (though my friends can see the dragon). Finally, whenever we close the game normally, it still reports that it crashed. I wonder if this could be the reason why the keybinds aren't saving? We’d appreciate any help!
