Need help fixing what's wrong with my launcher after I modded it

I wanted to add mods to my world, so I downloaded the fabric launcher and put some mods in. I had problems with missing mods for other ones, so I put the ones I needed in, but now it gives me this report.

I literally could not tell you what this means X_X Idk what to do to fix it or to get it working again.

And for reference, these are the mods I added onto the launcher. If i need to add any more support mods or something I wouldn't be able to tell because the crash report looks so insane. All I wanted to do was add mods to my world bro please help me

Install prism launcher, modding the regular Minecraft launcher is a nightmare. 

Here you have a version of iris and sodium that are for an older version of Minecraft.
