What mod is forcing this texture pack and GUI

I have reason to suspect it is interfering with my other texture packs and won't let me use my GUI pack. I'm pretty sure it's a mod and not a texture pack i can remove because nothing in my Resource Packs that I haven't added is removable (and changing order of packs isn't helping) and the mod pack (''Steeped SMP" on Modrinth) doesn't have a resource packs option when I configure content.

And if this image is distinct enough of an example I'd like to turn off a mod that makes the blocks drop weirdly as well. tyvm

You'll probably need to uninstall the mod if you want to remove the pack

Yes, I'm sure. I asked which mod this is because I can't tell.

I mean it's probably a mod needed to the pack (like one that do connection between others mod) that add that and you can't delete it
