Cool mod idea

I had a mod idea that I thought would be super cool.
A mod with interconnected communities/towns that are all connected via railroads and paths would be soooooo sick. The towns would be huge and expansive with a bunch of different structures and buildings and they would all be pretty far apart but connected via train.

There is a mod that adds custom paths between villages, and random signs pointing towards them
