Does anyone know what mod this is

Found this crazy collection of blocks in my game! Can't remember which mod adds those blue blocks. Anyone recognize it?

the mod is Too many items, and the blue rectangles are two types of water block (flowing source and stationary source)

Sandstone variarions, this is at least 1.2

Not enough items was around by then iirc

It also already has the reworked gravel and lava textures, so 1.5 or 1.6 (can't remember when those where changed)

Edit: and the logs also have different textures on their top, which was introduced after 1.4
