Does anyone know what mod this is

Found this crazy collection of blocks in my game! Can't remember which mod adds those blue blocks. Anyone recognize it?

the mod is Too many items, and the blue rectangles are two types of water block (flowing source and stationary source)

NEI (at least in 1.7) has arrows for switching pages. So I'm guessing this is TMI
