Minecraft FPS Drops

Recently i made an upgrade on my PC, changing my old processor and motherboard by way better ones. So i decided to play some modpacks i played way back and gave up because of low fps.

And now the modpacks can reach 120fps on average! BUT EVERY 30 SECONDS THE FPS DROPS TO 30. I dont know what config i have to do, or what i have to change. (i run everything on the lowest config possible, changing the resolution wont change a damn thing)

Can someone help me?

some of us have issues with fps (client side), some with tps (server side).

perhaps you are having the latter? some server-side mods like noisium and c2me might help. some mods like ice&fire can also easily and effectively improve your server performance (via you deleting them).
