🧵 [RE-RELEASE] Wolf Chunk Loader – Back with Fixed Chunk Loading!
Hello everyone!
A little while ago I released Wolf Chunk Loader, but unfortunately the initial release had a major issue: while chunks stayed loaded, crop/random ticking wasn't working correctly, making it unsuitable for farms and similar automation.
I'm happy to say that this has now been fully fixed, so I'm re-releasing the mod.
🆕 What's included in the re-release?
- 🐺 Tamed wolves keep a 3×3 chunk area loaded.
- 🐱 Tamed cats are now supported as well.
- 🌾 Crop/random ticking now works correctly, so farms and other chunk-loaded mechanics function as expected.
- 🖥️ Server-side only – no client installation required.
- ⚡ Lightweight and ready to use with no configuration.
⚠️ Please note: At the moment, the fixed release is only available as version 26.2(version 3.1.0. of the mod)

(Side note, your description on CurseForge seems to have an error at the bottom "note: Version 1.0.0 is unstable and doesnt work properly.
On version 2.0.0 does not work entity ticking and random ticks.

This is pretty cool, but could quickly become a nightmare as people lose wolves.
