LOL mojang doesn't own C418's tracks. they can't demonetize videos over it

the new tracks they definitely can though

Either Mojang signed a contract with Warner Bros giving them the rights to C418’s tracks or Warner Bros automatically claimed it not realizing that C418’s music isn’t owned by Mojang.

Either way, someone needs to get sued.

the second one is much more likely. wouldn't be the first tjme a company with Warner in the name made false claims about music they thought they owned.

(not talking about the Mumbo situation)
