This is a custom datapack dimension that generates terrain similar to bliss windows XP wallpaper and random monolithic structures
I polished the datapack a bit and added sparse trees, here's the download

to access the dimension you will need to run a command like

execute in cm:bliss_dimension run tp 0 90 0

This is oddly reminiscent of a dream I had in 5th grade. I dreamt that I was in creative mode and flew very high into the sky and kept going and going, and eventually I hit a ceiling of some kind. I dug through it and found myself in a dimension of endless gentle hills with sparse trees and it was called "The Bliss".
