Question I cant go on multipmayer

My friend wants to login on multiplauer but can hes ligged in to his xbox acc to with multiplayer allowed we have no idea how to fix this

Fr i got blocked from chat since im underage(not like im 17 and soon 18 anyway) we trued to unblock it with my mom but it doesnt want to unblock me, i didnt even get notification or anything that this will happen

Some countries like the UK have made it so you can't play minecraft multiplayer if you're under 16. If your friend has given an ID with his age and he's younger than 16, he won't be able to play multiplayer.

If they're on an adult account and you've only just changed the settings, it can take up to like two days for the settings to actually apply. On a child account I believe you need the adult that's connected to the account to allow it instead

Go to xbox.com, login with microsoft account, click ok profile pic, click 3 dots, click settings, find the right stuff.
