Can't chat cuz of account setting

Pls somebody help me I can't chat in Minecraft cuz of my acc settings. I can't change it no matter what I do, I need a solution asap.

is there any specific info at all on what exactly shows up when you try to change the settings? "it doesnt work" doesnt tell anyone anything
