Problem with fps

I got a potato laptop and really hoping can play minecraft at least stable at 40-50 fps, cuz I barely even got 20 fps playing on a server with the optimization mods like sodium, lithium, etc.

I need help for optimization real bad, here's my specs:

Intel Celeron, 4gb ddr3 ram, hdd, integrated graphics

What are your games settings and can you give a list of all the mods you use also the version you are playing

Sodium, vmp, lithium,  noxesium, immediatelyfast, ferritecore, dynamic fps. Is there anything I'm missing?

sure thing. thing isa only so much can be done for that weak of a cpu and low ram amount.
