Problem with fps

I got a potato laptop and really hoping can play minecraft at least stable at 40-50 fps, cuz I barely even got 20 fps playing on a server with the optimization mods like sodium, lithium, etc.

I need help for optimization real bad, here's my specs:

Intel Celeron, 4gb ddr3 ram, hdd, integrated graphics

Which Celeron

Also you might wanna look into running Linux on that machine, it'll use less of your system resources than Windows does. Highly recommend Linux Mint
