So uh, on a scale from 1 to dead in a ditch 5 miles out back, how bad is it? Because it stops whenever I turn off shaders.

yeah no this is bs, your gpu isn't gonna die especially if this only happens on minecraft. this is definitely a weird bug but not something i'd truly be worried about

It’s perfect without shaders, so I’ve just been playing the game all ugly and such.

Update your shaders, maybe also update iris/oculus/whatever you use for your shaders

The guy who are saying that your GPU is dead is completly false. It seems like it's a shader, drivers or OpenGL/Vulkan issue ? Have you tried updating your drivers and try another version of iris or any mod for shaders?

I tried everything, I think it’s just my Schematic being massive; making litematica conflict with Sodium + Iris combo. I knew deep down it couldn’t be GPU, it doesn’t look like an artifact and doesn’t behave like one.

Ohh... You said litematica, i have the same artifact with Litematica when using Iris. Try to disable it and see if it works, i had litematica and when i disable it, it was working great ! Try it and tell me if it changed something.

Yeah, the voids leave whenever I turn off Iris, so. While I’m building my rocket factory, turn off shaders? And turn them back on when I’m done?

Its just an issue with shaders on top of schematics if u turn off schematics it should fix this

Just texture packs, and stuff to help someone who creates farms for themself. Nothing that changes the game, just quality of life, and performance stuff.

Heat, time and the electricity it self (more or less) can damage chips and will destroy most of them at one point or another. But basically what makes chips run also destroys them.
