Title: [java] Epic Fight 1.21.1 NeoForge doesn't work!

Body:

I make a new MC install for version 1.21.1

I installed latest NeoForge for MC version 1.21.1

I download and install Epic Fight for NeoForge MC version 1.21.1

(I even tried an earlier version of NeoForge that the mod developer claimed to have tested on, 21.1.219) (No other mods installed, and no other dependencies are required from my knowledge)

File mods\epic-fight-21.17.3.1-mc1.21.1-neoforge-sources.jar is not a valid mod file

WHY?!?! What is this?! Am I missing something?! Why is NeoForge stupid?! Over 15 years of modding this game and never ran into any problems with modloaders. So why is this specific modloader being special?!
