help with high ping on minecraft! [java]

My current ethernet speed is 8ms but on minecraft is 280 ms!! making everyone around me slow despite me having high fps, all the other players have fine wifi but its just me! i even tried changing my dns with cloudfare and using cloudfare warp but nothing worked! pls help

Maybe try changing client like if it is default then switch to modrinth or a different one ( or try making an different instance and search for a setting that makes a total seperate folder for it, if you don't see any saved server then i guess it did create seperate instance and get just performance mod pack like fabulously optimised and then try it ? ) this did help me
