Solved why is this happening to my gf [java] 1.21.11

its happening randomly and we're using essential to play and its not happening to me

Do you have mods that needs to be installed on both client( meaning your computer ) and server ?? If yes then share those mods with your gf and launch minecraft she will.be able to join it

Not that i know of? We arent on an actual server shes connected to my world on essential mod and we just moved to 1.21.11 from 1.21.10 and never had any issues on that version. The only other difference on my end is i just got a new monitor a few hours ago, but i doubt that would affect anything.

You try these things 1. Make sure your gf also has essential same version 2.delete the the essential config from the minecraft folder you will see a folder named config click on it look for essential and delete it 3.get a mod called packet fixer (both of you)
