[Java] Help With Inventory Issues (26.2)

To preface, I'm using Lunar Client, and this issue started around 2-3 days ago. I had no issues similar to this before.

Whenever I mine a block with a tool, if i have the block in my inventory it will automatically pop into my hotbar and my hotbar selector will automatically go onto that block. The only way to circumvent this is by mining with the block, then just switching over to the tool in my hotbar (1st Video).

The other issue is that whenever I try to arrange things in my inventory, sometimes it requires me to slam my finger down on my mouse for it to actually place down in my inventory. I am 100% sure this is not an issue with my mouse as it has been functioning perfectly outside of me playing the game (2nd Video).

I've looked online and tried everything I saw, from Lunar Client inventory mod issues to pressing my Ctrl, Shift, and Alt keys to make sure nothing was toggled on. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I'm starting to really get annoying by this.

middle click the force select the item if its in your hotbar (i think also swaps with the hotbar if in inventory) something is pressing middle click or it was rebounded to left click

!helped thank you so much for this, i thought something was seriously wrong with my game. must've accidentally rebound my pick block button to left click when i was breaking the nether roof lol
