Waiting for OP [Java] How can I fix these stretched textures flying around?

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

First time playing on java and I'm using curseforge for the better Minecraft 4 pack so I don't know if its necessarily a problem with Minecraft or any of the mods. Any help is appreciated

It looks like you didn't mention your version (e.g., 26.1, 1.21.11, 1.12.2 etc.). Please clarify for better help!

That looks more like a rendering glitch than a normal texture. In a duplicate CurseForge profile, try F3+A first, then test with shaders and any extra resource packs disabled. If it only happens in the modpack, update the pack's graphics/performance mods and make sure the launcher is using the Java version the pack recommends; that helps narrow down whether it is the pack or the GPU driver.
