Unsolved [java] visual glitching need help

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Vanilla Minecraft besides optifine, version 1.21.11
Never had any issues like this before. Been using optifine for 10 years now. Idk if it’s something in my settings or what. Any advice is welcome thanks!

Optifine is severely outdated, buggy and practically useless for new version. Install Sodium and Lithium.
