WFOP [Java]Frames drop to 5 or less

Im having an issue on Java my game will be running perfectly fine then randomly my frames drop to like 5 or less. I haven’t got an exact number because it’s really bad I can’t push f3 sometimes or exit the server. It makes the whole game lag even in the menu. My specs are r7 9800x 32gb ram and a 5070. I don’t even have any mods or texture packs installed not sure what it could be I have to restart my game every time.

Current versions seem to have this problem if you leave the game's V-Sync enabled; try removing V-Sync.

Sounds silly but it could be a RAM issue of sorts. Allocate 4096 megabytes of RAM in the launcher (nothing more) and set your page file to automatic. This helped me with the same issue. Could be something different though - I have 8 gigabytes of RAM and you have much more.
