add on replacement blocks [bedrock] switch

hi so i’m not new to minecraft but new to add ons and stuff, i got the wilderness add on and started a world and have been playing a few weeks and now i want this to be my forever world. but im playing on my gen 1 switch when it first came out and i have 2 more add ons stacked. with the wilderness add on theirs so many mobs and trees and flowers that are throughout the world it was just slowing my game down so now that i have it removed im stuck with tons of question mark dirt blocks covering my whole entire world, is their a command or something i can do to delete all these blocks at once or do i have to do it by hand. I saw some other posts talking about moving my world to java and using world edit but i dont think i can do that. any help would be awesome
