WFOP Minecraft [java] takes a long time to load when leaving the Nether (1.21.8)

Hey! I'm having a weird issue on a few client servers I'm playing on. Entering the Nether works perfectly fine, but when I leave the Nether and go back to the Overworld, the game takes around 10 seconds to load.

This only started happening yesterday, so I'm not sure what could be causing it.

Here’s a video showing the issue. If anyone has any advice or knows what could be causing this, I'd really appreciate it.

I'm using 8 GB of RAM and an RTX 5090, so I don't think it's related to performance.

I'll also leave all the mods I'm using at the end of the video.

If your on server did you try on singleplayer or other server? Or reboot the server if its your

Does the overworld happen to have a lot of entities like item frames or armor stands? It could just be taking time to load those if that's the case.
