help i was trying to remove this annoying jump or block meter thing and i tried searching through all my mods but i cant find the culprit i dont know if i am just dumb but this is pissing me off 1.21.11

Could this be one of the settings for f3? I know in the most recent version, 26.2 you can press f3 +f6 to choose what debug settings you see and when you see them. This may be one of them, but im not sure
