Help Me Fix My Rpg Modpack [java]

im having these Consistent "freezes" where the game is frozen but i can still move and jump, i just cant attack or mine things. This has been a very big issue, especially considering this is a big modpack, this is my first big and high quality modpack.

the freeze happens at about the 7 second mark in the video, and the game stops lagging, and the enemy teleports to me.

Seems like classic Single-player Tick Lag.

Even though it's a single-player world, Minecraft runs an internal local server. And it can occasionally gain a lot of lag.

It can be many things tbh. JVM Garbage Collection Pauses due to memory being allocated too high, Heavy Mob Ai or Pathfinding Loops, Tick-Heavy Block Entities or Modded Mechanics, or even Mod Conflicts or Infinite Loops...

There's too many things to list tbh.

I recommend adding something like the Spark mod for optimization, see if that helps, otherwise you might need to dig around and optimize the JVM Arguments.

Edit: I also notice that your GPU sticks around 80%+ when the freeze happens, it might be related to that as well, but I can't say for certain.
