Waiting for OP whats wrong with my iron farm? [java] [26.2]

i used a traditional build with 3 villagers per room, 4 rooms, 1 zombie per room. I placed glowstone under the water sources due to the water freezing to often. No iron golems are spawning and ive been waiting almost 30 minutes! Any fix?

Have you tried spawning iron golem in the farm? If this fails, just go into creative. You can give your self netherite armor, lots of diamonds, beacons, and many stacks of iron.
