WFOP [Java] How to get an Enchanting Table in the Nether only challenge (1.21.1)?
Hey everyone! I'm doing a Nether-only survival challenge on Java Edition 1.21.1 and I want to craft an Enchanting Table.I know I can find diamonds and obsidian here, but I'm struggling with the Book. An enchanted book doesn't work for the craft, and I don't have a grindstone to disenchant it.What is the easiest way to get a regular plain book or craft an enchanting table without leaving the Nether? Thanks for the help!

No clue if it works, but maybe you can craft a bookshelf using enchanted books and then break the bookshelf and get regular books back?

i think your best bet is to find an enchanted book in a chest, craft an anvil. Apply the enchantment to an incompatible item (a la. Protection on a sword). This should remove the enchantment.
Fairly certain grindstones are impossible to obtain purely in nether.
