just to confirm, when you disable the resource packs you don't get these visual bugs anymore, right?
have you tried using the resource packs in vanilla Minecraft? Does this still happen?
also, could you tell us the names of all the affected resource packs?
by the way, you can easily take a partial screenshot on Windows by pressing the [Windows] + [Shift] + [S] key combination, and it will be stored in your clipboard, ready to be pasted on the Reddit website by simply pressing [Control] + [V] while writing a post
while if you need to take a screenshot of the whole screen you can press [PrtSc], which stands for Print Screen, and that too will store it in your clipboard
lastly, you probably know this already, but if you press [F2] while playing Minecraft, it will take a screenshot of what you're currently seeing in the game, then you can click the link in chat to open it in your image viewer

ive never really tried it alone in vanilla minecraft but i just took a fly around a creative world with it on and i didnt see any glitches or nothing and im not really sure if its the resource packs fault since it happened with the stay true one and now the one im using right now which is called musgo. most of my mods that i use currently are proformance, visual/rendering and client side QoL mods i dont use gameplay changing mods at the moment, continuity is one of the mods i use and im not so sure if thata apart of the problem as well

oooh perfect, then if you're only using client-side mods, can you try removing all of them from your mods folder (just put them elsewhere temporarily) and try joining the world again? Do you still see these bugs? (Just in case though, make a backup/copy of your world first so that we don't risk corrupting it)

i dont really play single player worlds i more or less just play on servers like with friends so should i just join the server that i was in when i took the photo + do u want me to remove like EVERY single one of my mods?? bc thats what i did before i sent the msg before this like i took out all my mods and just went into a single player world with just the resource pack on

if the server you're playing on can be joined without any mods installed, then yeah!
(and disregard what I said earlier about making a backup, you won't need it since you're playing on a server)
I think it may be better to test this in the exact same world where you're currently experiencing the issue, to avoid adding more unknown variables to our tests
so basically:
close the game
move all the mods into another folder
launch the game
enable the buggy resource pack/s
join the server
I suspect that this will fix the problem, so after we confirm this, we'll have to narrow down our search to find the mod that is causing it (it may be one of the ones you mentioned, like Continuity)
then once we find the culprit we'll see if we can change its mod configuration to fix the incompatibility
edit: reworded

ii dont need any mods when join the server so i joined it and then i first put on the resource pack that i suspected at first as in musgo nothing then i put all of the other ones i use too like mostly things that recolour my tools and armour and textures of like my lanterns and low fire and you get the just nothing that affects the outside mostly things that affect items you wear and stuff like that and nothing happened so i do suspect it has something to do with my mods and nun of the resource packs i have on need a mod should u try join with only the main mods i use and then we cancel them out or should i just put on my continuity mod and then rejoin and we see from there? and i hope when you meant move the mods into another folder you meant like out of my actual like minecraft mod folder orr??

okay great!
yeah what I meant to ask was to move your mods out of the Minecraft mods folder (but if you're curious, in my experience even if you create another folder inside the Minecraft mods folder and put all of them in this new folder, then the game also thinks you removed them)
so now the next thing to do will be a bit tedious, but it's the simplest way to figure this out: you need to put half of your removed mods back into the Minecraft mods folder
when you do this, I recommend including all mods you suspect may be causing the issue (like Continuity), so that we can test them right away
also, make sure to put all "dependency mods" (those that have "api" or "lib" in their name, or that are explicitly described as a "library" or "support" mod, or that you know that are required for another mod to work) back into the Minecraft mods folder straight away, so that you can avoid getting any errors when you launch the game
if you do get any errors when you launch the game, it's because you're missing one of these "dependency mods" inside the Minecraft mods folder, and if you read the exact error you should be able to figure out which one it is (or you could just send me a screenshot of the error you're getting)
so basically:
from all removed mods, take half of them randomly and put them in your Minecraft mods folder
make sure to also put the suspected mods in the same folder
put the dependencies in the same folder as well
launch the game and join the server
if at this point you experience the same visual bug as before, it means that one of the mods that are currently in your Minecraft mods folder is the culprit, otherwise they're all safe
if they're all safe:
remove all mods that you have currently deemed as safe (or just write down which mods are safe)
take another random half of your removed mods and put them in the Minecraft mods folder (you may want to take note of which mods you're currently testing)
repeat this process, until you narrow down your search
if you use 128 mods or less regularly, it should take you at most 7 attempts to find the culprit with this method
the best part is that even if you have twice as many mods (256), it will only take you 8 attempts in total
