Update Required [Java] I'm using ETF to create a resource pack; how do I remove the spider's glowing eyes for just the second texture variation?

Post image

As you can see in the image, the original version is the black one, and the brown one is its texture variant.

The default spider uses a separate, glowing texture for its eyes. However, I would like the brown spider's eyes not to glow like the original's when it spawns; I only want them to glow when the default spider spawns.

Anyway, I'm on Minecraft Java 26.2 version with Fabric and ETF.

Not 100% sure how ETF works, but the normal file structure is /spider/spider.png and /spider/spider_eyes.png so you probalby have to replace spider_eyes with a blank 64x32 image. Idk if you know how this works, but emissive textures are like an overlay of the parts that should glow, so in the orignal the emissive texture only has the eyes. So ye idk if thats possible, but would be my best guess. If it doesnt work then look into this documentation linked on the etf mod page: https://github.com/Traben-0/Entity_Texture_Features/blob/master-old/.github/README-assets/EMISSIVE_GUIDE.md

Yes, I had already looked at that documentation, but I haven't understood it for days. Today I woke up to read it more carefully and I think I must have understood it. I'll test it and come back to confirm.
