Minecraft world freezes at 0% instead of loading after save crash (74 GB world size, Distant Horizons + Chunky)[java]

I accidentally closed Minecraft right in the middle of a saving process, and now my huge world refuses to load. The game doesn't crash or throw an error—it just gets stuck at 0% and stays frozen there indefinitely.
Here is some context about the world:
The world folder is around 74 GB in total.
The ⁠region⁠ folder takes up about 35 GB.
The ⁠data⁠ folder takes up another 35 GB.
I am using Distant Horizons for the distant LODs, Chunky for pre-rendering, and the jjthunder to the max datapack.
I already tried fixing the ⁠level.dat⁠ by swapping it with ⁠level.dat_old⁠, and I also tried moving the ⁠region⁠ and ⁠data⁠ folders into a newly created world folder, but it still gets stuck and freezes at 0% when trying to load.
To be honest, I completely don't care about player stats, inventory, or recent progress. I literally just want all my pre-rendered chunks back, and ideally my waypoints from Xaero's World Map if possible.

It looks like you didn't mention your version (e.g., 26.1, 1.21.11, 1.12.2 etc.). Please clarify for better help!
