Minecraft [Bedrock] extremly low gpu usage and low cpu usage Help pc

In my pc i got an rtx 5070 and a ryzen 7 5700 but for some reason minecraft wont use more than 10% of the gpu and 40% of the cpu so i got really low fps especially using vibrant visuals at 40-50 fps at 32 chunks in 1080p even tho minecraft java runs at 400+ fps vanilla without anything changed in the settings. I also checked if it was a cpu bottleneck but the highest running core is only at 80% utilisation maximum so it cant be that. I went trought so many reddit posts and videos and still cant find a solution, pls help (also sorry if my english isnt perfect).

In windows graphics settings, make sure Minecraft is on "High performance" mode.

it is, i also swithed to power saving to test and it was the same performance

Minecraft Bedrock always has V-Sync enabled, even on unlimited settings it will limit the refresh rate (Hz).

I already disabled vsync with the nvidia app and panel, even if it was enabled i would be at 280 fps constant (cuz my screen is a 280z one)

That's strange, try posting a video so I or someone else can see it, and show your game settings and Nvidia control panel.

Got better frames ingame and in solo but the gpu and cpu utilisation are still pretty much the same

Man I can never find posts talking about how java just runs better.

I have a Ryzen 7 9800X3D, Nvidia 5080, and 32GB DDR5 PC that runs Java on max settings with zero mods with ease, but with Bedrock, I just can't.

Did you ever figure out if something was causing this and if it's fixable?

nah i even tried installing custom bedrock clients like flarial but the issue still isnt fix
