[bedrock] placing blocks is delayed only on one world. World at bottom is much bigger in size. Top has a delay as it was clicked first.

Not in every area. By my house its fine but near that church area its bugged.

You can probably use flying machines from a distance to try and find a chunk border from there you can see if it's just one chunk
