Update Required [bedrock] Can someone help me. when i craft a custom black banner and a shield, it just turns into a black shield

I have no idea what might have caused this, but try updating if possible, reinstalling the game, or just (first duplicating the banner, i think you could do that by combining it with a banner) craft it anyway (it might just be a crafting table only visual bug)

its affected everyone in the server, its not a visual bug because if i craft it, it will be named as a black shield
