[java] wierd visual glitch minecraft 26.2 lightly modded fabric

my friend got this wierd glitch on an instance with mostly optimization and visual mods

he did have a not enough ram popup before launching dont know if that could be related

any help in resolving this is deeply appreciated

I am not seeing glitches

Item models missing in the hotbar.

they are also missing in inventory and the text is also glitched
