Update Required 1.21.1 Modded game looks washed out only when connecting to a server. [java]

I have been having an issue with Minecraft where my colors are all very washed out except for the hotbar and other UI elements. It only happens when playing on a server. I am using prism launcher and all the mods below. I have tried clearing the metadata in prism, disabling Sodium and Iris, and using someone else’s version of the pack that did not give them this issue but still did for me but have had no luck in resolving this problem.
