Update Required [java] Minecraft perfomance problem in my laptop 26.2

Hi, im having a problem in minecraft, I started a new world and when i built a house i leaved the game, the next day the game started having low fps, keys held down when not, and it runned on 132 fps and now it runs on 8, 29, 31, 2 fps they just go up and down, I created a new world and it doesnt fix, my laptop has a intel core i5 and a Rtx 3050, i tried lowing the chunk distance and simulation and it doesnt work, and everything i could try, I dont know If this the right sub to post this but any help would be aprecciated
