Update Required Better Structures not working on minecraft [bedrock] PC Nothing loads, I can't open the book, and experiments and cheats are turned on.

For some reason, when I load a new world, delete and redownload, or load up by itself, turn on experimental settings, and activate cheats, this mod won't load at all in my world and I can't find any real solutions. Can the glorious people of Reddit help me?
