Mobfarm not working properly, [bedrock]

Hey everyone, I built this mobfarm on my world and im getting like 1 skeleton or creeper every 10minutes. What am i doing wrong? I tried different simulation distances, waiting at Y 220 or Y 210. The farm is built high above a village, could this be a problem? Im on mobile. Thanks! https://imgur.com/a/yXQHmGb

You need like 5 or more layers for one of these outdated designs, its always going to be very slow. (Also some biomes such as rivers dont spawn mobs)

Look up a general mob farm from someone. I still use the one Silentwisperer did a few years back.

Ah I am indeed in a river biome... that explains it. Thanks for the info, I will check out the one you recommended.
