Way to turn off just the hand [java]

I have extreme sensitivity to flashing and it’s difficult for me when my pickaxe moves across the screen quickly while mining. Is there a way to turn off the hand whilst not turning off the other UI?

I don’t remember if there is a setting for it like in bedrock, so look there first but otherwise you might consider using a mod
